@caidenmark there just isn't enough information here to give you a sensible answer. What make? what model? what type of charging port? What have you checked? If it is an off-brand, post soem good pictures of the device etc. with your question. Adding images to an existing question
The way your question is written the only answer you can get, is to replace the charging port.
