Was given a switch. No charge , no display
Found a short on the PI3USB , changed the chip and the short went away
battery is charging , using a fluke on the pins showing 4+ volts
Still no battery charge symbol on the display an no display at all
Liquid indicator looks like a Petri dish

some of the solder joints on p13usb dont look great, have you also checked the choke filters ?

Found problem MAX77621AEWI went boom
Was looking for obvious usual issues
