My Laptop keeps restarting

Everytime I open my laptop, it always say, "Your laptop run into a problem, we'll restart it for you". Then It will happen again, over and over again.

How far into the boot process does it get before the message comes up? Has the operating system loaded and that's when it happens, or is it sooner, like in the BIOS startup? If the OS has come up first, which system are you running, and what version is it (e.g., Windows 10, etc.)?
