My charging port not working

I'm sorry that you phone isn't charing! The easiest thing that you can do the try and fix the problem is thoroughly clean the charging port. Here is a link that explains how to do so: How to Clean the Ports on your Electronic Device

If that does not solve the issue, I would suggest that you try a different charging cable and a different charging port in case either/both of these are broken. If that doesn't resolve the issue, then you may need to replace the battery. Hopefully, that won't be necessairy though. Let me know how the first steps go, and we can look at battery replacement if they don't work.
