Transfer case stuck n neutral

Was driving stoped and truck would not move get it home screw around with 4×4 switch (knob),and it goes back into 2 wheel drive drive for 2 months, need 4 wheel have snow won't go into 4 wheel goes into auto but front wheels won't spin won't go into 2 so I drive it as is goes and yesterday day stop won't go go to put in park and it's like it's still moving and makes that grind so 30 min ago I take off the little electric motor and spin this gear,counter clock wise untill stops kinda move back drive shaft front ( trucks in neutral ) put that electric piece back in fire it up and it makes a snap,bang,clunk,but it movesso I step on gas and it shifts one time slow as hell like I am 4 low and almost like it's slipping but not put in reverse and bang but drives actually a little faster than forward
