@redmi12c since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for that, use something like this video As for the replacement screen, get one that has the midframe already attached. It'll be a bit more expensive but its a lot easier to change. Something like this Example only, not an endorsement of the seller.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
