My IPhone 13 suddenly goes to green screen. And stuck, I tried the volume and power button for reset but its not working and not showing anything

A green screen on an iPhone 13 is usually a display issue, not a software problem.
First, make sure you’re doing the correct force restart:
- Press and quickly release Volume Up
- Press and quickly release Volume Down
- Press and hold the Side button
- Keep holding it (even if the screen stays green) until you see the Apple logo — this can take 15–20 seconds.
If nothing appears at all, even after holding it long enough, then it’s likely a hardware issue.
On the iPhone 13, a sudden green screen that gets stuck is commonly caused by:
- Failing OLED display panel
- Damaged display flex cable
- Impact or liquid damage
- Less commonly, a board-level display driver issue
If the phone still vibrates, makes sounds, or is detected by a computer, that strongly suggests the display itself has failed.
You can try connecting it to a computer and see if it’s recognized in Finder/iTunes. If it is, the phone is alive and the screen likely needs replacement.
If there was no drop or water exposure and it happened suddenly, the OLED panel is still the most common cause.
At that point, the solution is usually a screen replacement.
