Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop model series.

Go to p.56 (62 of 80 pdf) to view the procedure to remove replace the LCD module.

Here's a link to the Lenovo part numbers for the components in the laptop model that may help. Click on Select Commodity > LCD panels

Before ordering a replacement, to ensure that you're getting the correct one for your particular laptop variant, the part number for the LCD module is usually located on the back of the panel itself. Search online for the part number only (or substitute part number) you need, to find suppliers that suit you best.
