PC doesnt have any sound

My DELL Latitude E5270 suddenly stopped outputting any sound, no matter how high my volume is.
I've tried plugging in headphones and speakers, but I still can't hear anything.
I've restarted the computer multiple times, but that hasn't worked either.
I've looked everywhere, but couldn't find a solution.

Look in Device Manager and see if their is a driver missing. it will have a symbol as in its spot. Sounds like the driver is likely an issue. If that doesnt work then its hardware. (Speaker unplugged, Defective speakers, and or motherboard issue.)
