Backlight on, no display

Monitor backlight powers on, it is recognized by windows and the speakers even work but there is no display, no logo on powerup, no menu (OSD), nothing.

I'm out of my depth in terms of diagnosing from this point, I have torn it down and see no obvious scorch marks or broken solder.

If anyone could point me in the right direction to pin pointing this problem I would greatly appreciate it.

I have a multimeter, soldering iron, etc. First time posting, sorry if I missed anything.

@pagliacci that sounds like either a Panel error (bad buffer boards) or a T-Con board (labelled 34M01 C04 Ctrl) error. Try this. Pull the power cord and then disconnect one of the ribbon cables from the T-con board to the buffer boards (2nd picture). Then plug your monitor in again and turn it on? Anything? Turn your monitor off, remove power cable and reconnect the ribbon cable. Now remove the other one and go through it again. Anything?

You can also cheek the Fuse F001 on your T-Con board and see if it does receive power. Of course, you will have to turn the monitor on to check it. Multimeter on something like 30VDC Black probe to ground and red to the contacts on the fuse. Let us know what you find out.

Thanks for getting back to me!

I tried removing the ribbon cables one by one, no change.

Checking voltage between ground and F001 yielded a reading of 0V, what would you suggest I try next?
