Knocking noise in suspension while driving
When I start driving down the road my suspension starts knocking crazy like, I changed the struts and lower arms and it still is knocking on every bump

Without much to go off of, the next thing I would do is check the wheel bearings - jack the car up, grab the tire and then pull it. Some play is expected, but it should not be heavy motion - do it from both the top and bottom to be sure, as they can have no play on one but have lots on the other end. If you can move the tire without a lot of effort, the wheel hubs are bad.
Without the year we can't locate it but search "MODEL YEAR Ford Escape wheel bearing FRONT/LEFT DRIVER/PASSENGER".
