I'm assuming you bought a battery from iFixit and want to return it, is that correct?
You're on the repair forum, where volunteers like myself and others help people fix their devices. This part of the site isn't manned by iFixit Store personnel, who are the ones you need to talk to. I suggest you try the FixBot assistant or you can email the Store folks directly at support@ifixit.com.
