Repair guides, disassembly information, and troubleshooting for the Logitech PEBBLE i345 (released 2024).

Scroll Wheel no longer responding

Good Morning,

I have a pebble mouse which I have had for the past 6 years. it has done me well, and I would like to repair it before replacing it.

The mouse was dropped and afterwards the scroll wheel on the mouse no longer reponds meaning I have to manually scroll the windows of whatever software that I am on. everything else works fine on it. I was wondering if there are any steps that I can take to attempt the repair.

Answer this question I have this problem too

dropping mice breaks things. I have one that is totally dead from a fall.

You might try cleaning it, but it is likely more than that.

It might just be a mechanical issue. you would have to disassemble and observe what isn't moving.

I have similar problem,

It’s seems that the mechanic behind registering scrolling is somehow disconnected from scroll wheel.

(I will take it apart today and see what really happens, what worry me is that there is no spare part for this mouse)

Edit: I dissasemled mice and yes. Scroll came off |
