Controller struggling to pair with console

When connected to Bluetooth in phoen, no signs of turning off or losing disconnection, but in trh console itself, it won't pair, doesn't turn pure light blue, last used it 2 days ago

Hi!

Do other controllers work with your PS4? Would check that first.

You can also try to reset your Dualshock 4 controller and see if that solves anything.

@dan0 iev reset the button yesterday till now, nothing changes yet, I have extra controller dbut does are broken, thank you

Okay, just want to know if it's console or controller related. I would check with a new or known working one which you may can borrow to see where it goes wrong. Is this possible?
