I think we'll need some more information to be able to offer any helpful answers. First, what's your exact model number, as printed on the sticker, usually just insider the door?
Also, when you say no power, do you mean that there's power at the outlet that the unit is plugged into, but the unit doesn't respond or light up at all when you try to switch it on?
