Take out the sd card you put in the second sd card port and reboot it a few times

There is no 2nd sd crad plot
Every R36S has a 2 Sd card slots one is the OS and the other is the Game slot You should get a new sd card a good one is Sandisk 64Gb and you should Wi-Fi update to make it load faster and if it doesn’t work try to boot it again. if your R36S doesn’t have 2 SD card Slots I’m sorry but think u might have gotten scammed.
