How do I fix the 3 time yellow blinking?

Hi! Earlier today, I tried to replace the potentiometer joystick with a TMR, because of stick drift. I did everything the same with the last controller that I had used, but now, when I put the battery into the controller, the controller blinks its yellow light 3 times and refuses to turn on. I don't think I messed any big part up, and I like to think I did really well, with the soldering being okay for my beginning works. I've done research, and am seeing extremely mixed results, like the motherboard being harmed, soldering being too dirty, etc. a picture is attached, and I'm just completely at a loss for what to do. To provide more information, a part of the board itself did get scratched nearby/right underneath the joystick that was not particularly large, but there's nothing else for the most part. If there's any questions, please ask!

Hi!

Could be many thing yes. Does the stick work? Does everything else actually works? Thank you.

I wouldn't be able to tell whether or not the stick work, the light blinks and stays off afterwards. From what I can tell, it could potentially work, but I'm not sure.

Hi!

First of all, 2 solder pads looks damaged (correct me if I’m wrong).

The big one in the upper left corner, this one is not really important as it will only hold the stick at it’s place.

And the one in the right where the 3 solder pads are (the one in the middle). This one is important.

Please check them if the solder pad is still there.

It’s possible that the motherboard had too much heat causing the issue. It’s hard to say.

Is the controller up to date? If the solder pads DO look fine, please test the controller completely and see what happens.

Can you let us know how that works out? Thank you!
