How do I fix the 3 time yellow blinking?

Hi! Earlier today, I tried to replace the potentiometer joystick with a TMR, because of stick drift. I did everything the same with the last controller that I had used, but now, when I put the battery into the controller, the controller blinks its yellow light 3 times and refuses to turn on. I don't think I messed any big part up, and I like to think I did really well, with the soldering being okay for my beginning works. I've done research, and am seeing extremely mixed results, like the motherboard being harmed, soldering being too dirty, etc. a picture is attached, and I'm just completely at a loss for what to do. To provide more information, a part of the board itself did get scratched nearby/right underneath the joystick that was not particularly large, but there's nothing else for the most part.
