Ps button doesn’t work

Ps button doesn’t work, I have pressed the reset button in the back for several seconds, restart the console, connect it with usb and still nothing.

Hi!

First, please try to disassemble the controller and clean the membrane and rubber with isopropyl alcohol.

Is the button still clickable? If not, then you need to replace the rubber.

Still having issues? Then please replace the membrane: Sony DualSense Controller Trigger Assembly Replacement (see step 33).

Be aware that you need the EXACT same model as that is in there.
