Replacing the charging port on your Libra 2 is kind of a mixed situation. It uses a USB-C charging port, which on some devices is extremely difficult to replace, but the good news is that yours is relatively straight-forward. It does, however, require moderate soldering skills, so if that's outside your comfort zone, you'll have to find a repair shop to do that replacement for you. Here's a picture of the internals on your reader.

I also found a Reddit post of a guy who has a similar problem, and he posted a closeup of the charging port.

This video shows a different model, but the basics of replacing the port are the same.

The main difference here is that your port has through hole mounts on the sides, while the one in the video is a surface mount, so yours would be a little extra work unsoldering the parts that stick through the circuit board, then cleaning them out before putting a new port in place.

The biggest issue I see is locating a replacement part. It's probably going to be a commercially available part that can be found on sites like digikey.com or mouser.com, but there are so many different ones available that it means searching through possibly hundreds of USB-C ports to find the one with a compatible footprint. If that's something you want to attempt, we can try to help you find one, but I'm hesitant to start the search just in the hopes you might want one.

That's about all the information I have for you; good luck, and be sure to come back and let us know how it all turns out. Your experience will help the next person who comes along with the same problem. And of course, feel free to ask if you have any questions.
