My phone has a problem with the sound. Specifically, when I put it to my ear, I can’t hear anything, but when I move it away from my ear and turn on the loudspeaker, I can hear the sound.

Firstly restart your phone and turn on.
make a call.place the phone to your ear and check two things.the screen should go dead and you should hear the earpiece speaker.if the screen goes dark but you hear nothing, try switching to the loud speaker. If the loud speaker work fine,the earpiece speaker is faulty,need to be replaced it.
