A green line on your screen indicates damage to one of the delicate connections between the flex cable and the glass the display circuitry is printed on. Unfortunately, that kind of damage is not repairable, so the only fix is to replace the screen. I viewed a lot of videos regarding your green line problem, but the problem is they were universally garbage and ultimately useless in fixing the issue, although they did highlight the fact that it seems to be a very common problem with Vivo phones.

Your phone is similar to many Android phones in that there are two ways to replace the screen; with or without the frame. The first method, screen alone, consists of separating the LCD from the phone's midframe, then gluing a new display onto the frame. You just need to open the back and remove enough parts to access the display connector. From viewing a video, it's not a method you'd use if you wanted to reuse the screen; it appears you pretty much have to destroy the screen to get the old on off. I wasn't able to find any videos showing the repair on a X60 Pro Plus, but I did locate a couple for the X60 Pro. Hopefully the process is very similar between the two phones; it should be close. Here's one showing the screen only replacement procedure.

The other way to replace a screen on your phone is to buy the screen already mounted on the frame as a complete assembly. Replacement then becomes a matter of gutting the original phone and moving all of the internal parts to the new screen+frame assembly. This may sound daunting, but it's actually not difficult on your phone. The price difference is usually minimal, and this is a much better approach if you're not experienced with phone repairs; it's also the recommended method on most phones that have this option. This video shows you how to do the screen+frame method.
