if you're sure you have a broken connector you can pry the face plate off the Roku then the board should just pull out. from there you check the pins to see if any are loose. If need arises you could probably even solder in a new port of your choosing.
use a plastic spudger to pry the face plate off, pull the board out from the housing. check the port broken or damaged? can it be soldered? For parts if your US based Mouser has many options any part marked TR at the end just means (tape\reel) comes in a tiny package. you can also search AliExpress if your not in the US but no guarantee. Note that mouser has a minimum purchase on some parts.
