@andrewsilv20072 extremely big job. Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use the free online service manual on here for your Dodge Grand Caravan. It does give you all the steps on how to remove the blower motor.

While you work on your Dodge, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
