Charging port is broken
Charging port is completely broken
Is this a good question?
There doesn't seem to be a lot of information out there about your particular speaker, so we may have to approach this from scratch.
First, we'll need to know what kind of charging port it has; most of them feature a USB port for charging, but that could be USB-A, USB micro or USB-C, or it could be a DC input jack.
Can you open up the speaker and access the circuit board the charging port is mounted on? If so, take it apart and take some pictures of the top and bottom sides of the board at a minimum; that way we can determine what kind of port and how easy or difficult it will be to replace.
If you haven't opened it yet and aren't sure how to, take some clear, high resolution photos of the front, back, top, bottom and sides of the speaker. That way we can try to determine the best way to open it up to access the charging port. This guide will help you add photos to your question.
