Insert an 8 GB or larger pen drive into a working Windows PC.

Download the official Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft.

Run the tool and select Create installation media (USB).

Choose the Windows version, language, and architecture.

Select USB flash drive and pick your pen drive.

The tool formats the USB and copies Windows files automatically.

Once complete, plug the pen drive into the target PC, enter the Boot Menu/BIOS, select USB, and start Windows installation.

Well plug it into an available USB port, and it will appear under "This PC" in File Explorer. Here you can see your pen drive.
