The refrigerator is an LG made for Kenmore model as it is comprised solely of LG parts.

Here's the service manual for the 795.6900 series refrigerators that may or may not help.

Looking at the freezer section parts list on p.55 there doesn't seem to be a part similar to the image that you posted. There's the slide rail (part id #128E), part # 4975JJ2009A (see p.59) but that's all.
