My parents have misplaced the charger for this and I can't find where just the charger is sold. It is an AC 110-240V, 50/60Hz, but I don't know the mm of the plug in port to the device. Anybody know?

You can get universal power adaptors online that come with all the common sizes of barrel jack. As @jayeff mentioned, make sure that it supplies the same voltage as is listed next to the power port.

I feel really challenged with this. How do I accurately measure the barrel jack? I guess if there are standard sizes, I go with the one that's closest to it? For some reason, I'm thinking if I'm a millimeter off, it won't fit, but I haven't even looked to see what sizes exist. 😅

Is there a product information label on the device somewhere? Near the charge port perhaps.
If there is, usually it specifies the voltage input requirements for the device i.e. DC voltage and polarity, (assuming it's not connected to AC voltage directly but through an AC/DC adapter).
Once that it known it makes it easier to find the correct adapter for it.

Thank you! Yea, I was having issues uploading all the images. User error. I've uploaded it now. I can see the voltage, but I don't know the mm size of the plug in to the machine. Is it standard? Aren't they different diameters?
