when i power on my getac laptop it always get stuck in windows boot manager and it cant start up from a usb it says a recent hardware or software change might be the cause.the window boot confiiguration data does not contain a valid os entry

This is usually caused by a dying hard drive. There are things you can try but most of them are quite technical. Are you comfortable using the command line?
