Two year old Maytag MVW4505MW

LED lights are not staying lit. Tried unplugging and plugging back in. Only "Lid Lock" light illuminates then goes out. The white lights to the left give a brief flicker then do not illuminate again. Same results after several unplugs. I am not certain if it will require a new circuit board or the individual electrical junctions at the three knobs. Any suggestions. (I cannot get trouble codes because the LEDs are not staying lit).

Have you had a power surge in the past week or so? Also, if you plug simple device (such as a light/fan) into the same outlet does it run continously or get interupted?
