Why is the right ear not working

The right ear isn't working

It doesn't even bring up any light to show is charging or has been removed from the case

I would believe like air pods this means that that ear buds battery is dead these only have something like 10,000 charge cycles which means being taken in and out of the case not full charge cycles.
