Click on the device page in the upper right corner of this page, then scroll down to Parts. Click on Batteries, then on the pane marked "49mm x 14mm Li-ion Toothbrush & Shaver Battery - with Solder Tags". From there, select whether you want the battery alone, or the "Fix Kit", which includes the battery and tools needed to install it. Note that these batteries are soldered in, so some soldering will be required and the kit does not include a soldering iron or solder.

If you prefer to do your own shopping, the battery you need is 49mm long by 14mm in diameter. It's a 3.6V Lithium Ion battery, and you'll want one with solder tags so you're not soldering directly on the battery terminals unless you have a spot welder for batteries. I'm not sure what the original battery capacity is, but the replacement iFixit sells is rated at 740 mAh, so you'll want one around that value. A smaller value will still work, but it won't hold as much charge; the higher the number the longer it'll go between charges.
Unfortunately, iFixit doesn't have a guide for that repair, but the site toothbrushbattery.com has just what you need. After reviewing the guide, it does appear you'll need a decent amount of soldering skill to pull this one off.
