Why do I get a black screen?
My camera works perfectly fine, I can take videos normally but when I go to photos my screen is black. I can see the settings on the screen but it looks like I am taking a black picture.
Is this a good question?

@juliasterck just to verify. You can take a video but no pictures? Recording a video works but your pictures are turning out black?
