camera and body replacement

My camera application is not working properly. Only macro lens is working. Unable to switch to front camera due to this also in multiple apps. Process for it.

Do the cameras work OK if you start the phone in safe mode?

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?

the camera dosent get in safe mode. it seems like broken. now needed to pe replacced
