Hi.My ps4 didnt want to switch on.I changed the powersupply and then only got a blue light.I changed the termal paste and now it goes to a white light but no picture or sound.What could be the issue?

If your PS4 shows a white light but no picture or sound, the issue is likely related to the HDMI path or APU connection. First, check the HDMI cable and try a different TV or port. Inspect the HDMI port on the PS4 for bent or damaged pins. Since you replaced thermal paste, make sure the heatsink is seated correctly and all cables are firmly reconnected. A loose APU clamp or damaged HDMI IC can also cause this issue. If Safe Mode doesn’t display, professional repair may be required.
