On iPhone / iPad
- Open Settings
- Tap your name (Apple ID) at the top
- Scroll down and tap Sign Out
- Enter your Apple ID password
- Choose the data you want to keep on the device
- Tap Sign Out again to confirm
On Mac
- Open System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS)
- Click Apple ID
- Click Sign Out
- Choose which data to keep → Continue
