My battery is swollen

hello.. so my battery for my redmi note 10s is swollen which is already a replacement cause my original phone battery was swollen months ago and i replaced it but now can someone please tell me where i can find a good replacement this time that lasts longer and if i buy a battery how do i know it's good quality??
