Why my view finder lock?
when i open camera it's automatically open the view finder instead of screen and also i cant switch to screen

Check to see what mode the Mode Dial is set to (the large dial on top of the camera). Make sure that Movie Shooting mode is not selected. If it is, switching to any other mode should fix your issue. If it's already off of Moving Shooting mode, then try pressing the Live View Shooting button to see if that does anything. This is the button directly to the right of your viewfinder and has an icon of a camera on it.
