Your phone is very similar to many Android phones in that there are two different ways to replace the screen. The recommended method is to purchase the screen already attached to the midframe, then you basically gut the phone and transfer all of the internal components to the new screen+frame assembly. This gives you a new frame in addition to a new screen, and improves the water resistance since the screen is already attached when you get it.
This guide from the Spanish site Nadie Me Llama Gallina gives step by step instructions for the screen+frame replacement. Note that it's written in Spanish but has an English language option. Not all of the site works correctly with English, so it may help to use a browser like Chrome that does language translation.

The other way to replace the screen involves removing enough components to access the display connector, then separate the screen from the midframe. You then have to clean all the old adhesive from the screen and use something like B-7000 glue to resecure the display. This YouTube video shows you that process.
