You're not going to fix this by cleaning it out. That's not how bleach stains work. They actually sap dye out of fabric, so you'll either have to use them as is, or redye the spot in question. Cleaning is not going to help. If anything, it might just take out more color. You could also probably use a denim patch to hide the spot, so consider that if you don't know how to dye fabric (I mean, I don't, so if you don't know how, you're not alone). If you don't really want to do any of this, I'd just use them as is. I mean, jeans were invented for work, not style. But if it does matter to you, you could try to redye the spot, or just hide it with a patch.
