Why not it read the disc
We put in the disc but it doesnt reads it

Hi David,
Make sure your disk is not the issue, wipe it down and look for scratches or try with another disk. If that doesn't work next step would be disassembling the console to clean the laser head with a cotton tip and some isopropyl alcohol.
If that fails then the disk assembly might need replacing.
