How to remove the American Megatrends

Hi!
The American Megatrends (AMI) is the company that makes BIOSs/UEFIs for computers.
If you dig around your BIOS (typically by pressing F1 during boot) you can see if you find anything mentioning "Slash Screen" (or something similar) and see if you can turn that off.
In some BIOSs you can select the amount of seconds that one can access the BIOS during boot.
An alternative solution is looking for Silent Boot, Fast Boot or Quick Boot options in your BIOS, and turning it on. It may make that the AMI splash screen is not shown during normal booting procedure.
