Hi!
You can follow Lenovo's official guide in their Hardware Maintenance Manual to take of the lower chassis (see page 30).
Then you'll have direct access to the fan. You can remove the dust with a small brush, some pressured air, or if you are a bit careful you could use a vacuum cleaner on lowest setting. Note! That having the fans spinning a lot when blowing/sucking can be bad for them, so gently keep a finger on the fan to keep it from spinning.
