iPhone 7 why is completly dead?

Hi guys i have an iphone 7 red buyed years ago i want to power this on but the screen is black with no sign of life , i try force restart with power side and volume from internet guide still no life i replace the battery from another 7 still no work display changed too , in itunes or 3uTools nothing appear when i connect the device what can i do?
