Charging Magnet got stuck

My right side earbud charging Magnet got stuck inside the case and not that is not coming out due to that both the earbuds are not charging I want to disassemble the case want to take the Magnet out so that earbuds can be charged

Options

You can use a pair of tweezers to get it off the case. Hairpins are also useful in that case. You don't necessarily have to open the charging case.
