@yathishs what is the complete model number for your laptop? What have you checked? What have you tried? Does it work with a USB keyboard? What OS are you using?

My keyboard space bar is faulty.
It hardly creates spaces

Have you done anything that could have damaged it lately? Such as dropping it, jostling it, or even slamming it shut. Is the key 'stuck' (hard to press down), or does it press normally. Are some areas easier to press down than others? Does it make a clicking noise after you press the key (sounds like plastic breaking, not referring to the normal key noise)? Like the comment above, what laptop are you using? How long has this been going on? There isn't really an answer because you lack information. To unstick a key, you can try condensed air to blow out any debris, or rub isopropyl alcohol to clean around the area.
It could also be a matter of the inside mechanism breaking, shifting, or sticking. This can lead to unresponsiveness, or 'stuck' keys that won't press down and can't be fixed with the aforementioned methods. This can sometimes go away with time, and you can sometimes find a sweet spot, but it can require taking apart the laptop and fixing the inner issue.
