Broken Battery Connector on Mobo

I recently purchased a replacement battery for my Kindle but during the installation process, I inadvertently broke the plastic foundation piece (female) on the motherboard. Is there any way to either replace this part, repair it (even a temporary workaround so I just turn on device and access the data) or access the data if I can't get it to turn on. Is there a way to turn on the device or access the folders without the battery? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!! I'm desperate at this point.

Your Kindle Fire HD 8 will not boot with only a charger — it needs a battery or a simulated battery. If the battery connector’s plastic housing broke, you can replace it or temporarily solder the battery wires directly to the motherboard pads long enough to turn on the device and extract your data. A microsoldering repair shop can perform a proper connector replacement if needed. If you send a photo, I can guide you exactly on what to do.
