Why is my phone touching it self
Is this a good question?
You can try restarting your phone and perhaps even boot into safe mode, but my guess is those things probably won't help; generally when we see the phenomenon commonly known as "ghost touch", it means the delicate connections between the glass the digitizer is printed on and the flex cable leading to the motherboard have been disrupted or damaged, allowing electrical noise onto the signal lines. The phone's processor then incorrectly interprets that electrical noise as touches.
Unfortunately, those connections are not repairable so the only solution is to replace the screen. Yours appears to be readily available online and is inexpensive. Here's a video guide showing you how to replace it.
