Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that use something like this video You also want to consider replacing the charging board while you have your phone open. That way you will not have to mess with that later. After that re-evaluate and let us know what works.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
