Black screen of death?

Hi you'll, I was installing Rockbox that it crashed.

Now I have the black screen, when I connect to PC, windows bilps and apple USB driver shows on device manager, plus it seams to go to recovery mode when I hold menu+select button but it won't update by itune

If anyone can help please

when you say recover mode I assume you are referring to the Disk Mode. Does your computer recognize the iPod as an external drive? You may need to reformat the drive and then reinstall the firmware.

thank you so much for the answer, yeah you're right its probably in disk mode and i should reformat the flash, here is what happened, the pc did recognize it as usb device with NOT showing in My computer as drive, i updated the itunes and now it doest even recognize my ipod as usb!, however i disconnect the iflash board and Screen is BACK! im so confused! and happy

@faridhamidian sounds like an incompatibility between the iFlash board and your iPod. Glad your screen etc., is still working.

It used to worked but I tried Rockbox and this happened
