Baseband unknown IMEI repair

baseband unknown showing in setting but by fastboot command baseband version show i have tried to reflash modem flahsing stock rom flahsing nvdata butt sam eissue and i dont know how to boot it into META MODE i tried multiple times but i failed please help mee
